EVENTS
- Join us for Stations of the Cross, every Friday in Lent at 7 p.m. No pre-registration needed. Sign the sheet in the vestibule. All COVID protocols will be followed.
- March 3, 10, 17, 24: Theology on Tap sessions for young adults at Coppertop Tavern in Vestal. Pre-registration required. Learn more here.
- March 29: The Light is On from 4-7 p.m. for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
- April 1: Holy Thursday Mass of the Lord’s Supper, 7 p.m.
- April 2: Good Friday Service, 3-4 p.m.

Lenten practices FAQ
Fasting
Ages: 18-59
Days: Ash Wednesday & Good Friday
How to: Eat one regular size meal, two smaller meals that when combined are smaller than the regular meal.
Abstaining
Ages: 14 and over
Days: Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and ALL Fridays in Lent
How to: Do not eat meat on these days. (Foods such as dairy products, gelatin and eggs are allowed.)
