As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace. (1 Pt 4:10).
The Second Vatican Council points out that, through work, we build up not only our world, but the Kingdom of God, already present among us. Work is a partnership with God—our share in a divine human collaboration in creation. It occupies a central place in our lives as Christian stewards.
Facilities Management
The physical environment for worship is most important. The appearance, condition and function of the parish buildings and grounds must be maintained on a regular basis. Maintenance is performed by the facilities manager, contractors and volunteers within the Parish. There is an annual inspection by local authorities. All needs are coordinated through the facilities manager.
Grounds & Maintenance Committee
The committee is comprised of knowledgeable individuals who assist the facilities manager in the administrative planning and budgeting for the upkeep to the parish buildings and grounds.
