+ Announcement from the Syracuse Diocese on May 14 regarding the CDC update on mask wearing:

The CDC announced new guidelines as of Thursday, May 13, 2021, regarding mask-wearing, but those guidelines are still under review by New York State, our local officials, Bishop Lucia and his staff. Please be aware that masks are still required to be worn, fully covering your mouth and nose by all; this includes those that are fully vaccinated. We will also maintain the six foot distancing.

+ Tomorrow at 7 p.m., please join us for a Holy Hour for Vocations. There is no need to register; sign the attendance sheet in the vestibule. All COVID protocols remain in place.

+ The STVBS Women’s Club Ministry is awarding one $1,000 Scholarship to a female high school student graduating in 2021. The applicant must be a member of St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church, and have maintained at least a B average. 
Applications can be obtained by:
1) Sending an email to mleighhbeyer@frontier.com with the words “scholarship application” in the heading. You will receive an application via email. Send a PDF of the completed application to mleighbeyer@frontier.com OR print it out and mail it to STVBS Women’s Club Ministry, 1143 Reynolds Road, Johnson City, NY 13790. 
2) Applications are also available at the Information Desk in the church vestibule. The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, May 31.
