+ Please join us for THRIVE! this Friday, October 2nd, 6:00-7:00 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church. This month’s theme will be “Paws for Effect.” This THRIVE will be an evening of music and inspiration, along with a special Feast of St. Francis blessing of your pet, right from your car! Your furry friends will also receive a St. Francis medal. There will be food and drinks—all free. This event will take place in the side parking lot and as always, safety first…all parking spaces will be socially-distanced. You will be registered upon arrival at the parish entrances. Weather permitting. All are welcome, including families and children.
+ HOPE Appeal 2020: Next weekend is HOPE Appeal Commitment Weekend when we join with the faithful across the Diocese of Syracuse to support the HOPE Appeal. Our annual appeal funds ministries, programs and services that help thousands across Central New York and the Southern Tier. This year’s theme is Gratitude. All registered parishioners will receive a letter from Bishop Lucia asking for your support. Please review the HOPE Appeal brochure and prayerfully consider making the most generous gift possible. You may place your completed pledge card/donation in any weekend collection basket or mail to the parish office. Pledges may also be made online at syracusediocese.org/foundation/hopeappeal/
