+ Mark your calendar for Wednesday, Sept. 1 – the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation. The day is inspired by Pope Francis’ 2015 encyclical, Laudato Sí, which calls on everyone living on Earth to care for our shared planet. A prayer will be posted on the website that day to recite as you meditate upon your role as custodian of God’s Creation. Look for flyers with additional information on the bulletin tables in the church.
