+ Parish Council News: We are currently seeking nominations for additional membership on the Parish Pastoral Council. In consultation with the Pastor, the Pastoral Council actively assists to identify and respond to the needs/concerns of the parish and promote dialogue among all. Please join your fellow parishioners in serving our parish community in this important capacity. All are encouraged to submit their names for consideration by May 10. HELP NEEDED: The Loaves & Fishes food pantry is in need of several items in order to continue to serve the community. If you are shopping or ordering groceries, consider adding one or more of these items and donating it by dropping it off on the shelves in the Parish Social Hall. + The church has reopened. Doors will remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. seven days a week for private prayer or meditation. We ask that you practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC.

Rocky Raily VBS

+ Register for Vacation Bible School: Climb aboard for a mountain of fun at Rocky Railway VBS! A faithfilled adventure where kids discover that trusting Jesus pulls them through life’s ups and downs. Each day our hobos will make new friends while playing locomotion games, drive through new Bible adventures, enjoy chew chew snacks, watch experiments, learn exciting music, and so much more! Monday through Friday, July 13-17, 9:00 a.m.-noon each day, STVBS Social Hall & Education Center, ages 4 to 5th grade ($15/child or $30/family). Volunteers 6th grade & up are FREE with gear! + Pastoral Care: We continue to keep in touch with parishioners during this difficult time. While our Eucharistic ministers are unable to visit the usually homebound and those in nursing homes, we’re making telephone calls to see how they’re doing. We’re now reaching out to the entire parish community. If you’d like to help by calling someone OR if you’d like someone to call you, let us know. + HELP NEEDED: Our Loaves & Fishes pantry is in desperate need of the following items: instant oatmeal; peanut butter & jelly (no glass containers); canned tuna; canned chicken; canned pasta (spaghettios, Beef a Roni, etc.), canned spaghetti sauce (no glass containers); pasta. Drop items off on the usual shelf in the church.
